Emily is a native of Southern California and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California, Sol Price School of Public Policy with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development in Fall 2020. At USC, Emily was involved in many leadership positions including Board Member of the USC Undergraduate Student Government where she allocated a $250,000 university funding budget to various undergraduate philanthropic organizations enhancing the student experience and Greater Los Angeles community, Co-Director of Off-Campus Events for the Trojan Real Estate Association, USC’s leading real estate organization, and was one of only three undergraduate students chosen to provide academic, social, and professional mentorship to incoming Real Estate students. Emily’s honors and awards include Dean’s List all semesters, The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, Trojan League of Orange County Merit Scholarship Recipient, USC Alumni Association Merit Scholarship Recipient, and USC SCion Legacy Award.
After graduating, Emily started her career as a Development Analyst for Link Logistics Real Estate, Blackstone’s U.S. industrial operating platform. Link is the largest owner, operator, and developer of industrial real estate in the U.S. with a portfolio of over 450 million square feet. At Link, Emily works with the Investments team to underwrite new potential development opportunities and assists the Development team in managing Link’s $7.5 billion development pipeline. Emily is also an active member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (“NAIOP”), Urban Land Institute (“ULI”), and Commercial Real Estate Women (“CREW”).
Emily recently participated as a panelist for the Women of Commercial Real Estate: Leading the Transformation of Los Angeles event hosted by USC Price and the USC Alumni Real Estate Network which featured discussions on the challenges faced by woman leaders and how the commercial real estate industry can better ensure equity and inclusion for all professionals. While Emily continues to navigate her own young career in commercial real estate, she is committed to mentoring and supporting women professionals in finding success in a mostly male led industry.
