…about Amber Bonasso

1. I always greet my students with energy and joy and tell them how happy I am to see them. I remember this from when we were little and at the end of our naps my mom would always come in and greet us as if seeing us was the most wonderful thing ever! We have all continued that with the little children in our family and I do that with my students. As a result, every time my students see me, they greet me with the same enthusiasm!

2. I have developed a unique way of engaging children (and adults) with Shakespeare. It is one of my absolute favorite things to talk about. One of my students told me once, "I never wanted to take this Shakespeare class but I had so much fun watching you talk about him that I started to like him even though I didn't want to."

3. One of my favorite quotes is from one of my graduate school instructors, Michael Lugering. "Know something about everything and everything about one thing."

4. I love to go to the zoo!

5. EPCOT at Walt Disney World is one of my all time favorite places to go and just walk around. I don't even have to ride any rides. I just like being there so much!

6. My younger students thought I was "famous" because I have a website. :)
